Robert from Romania

Hello everyone!

I’m Robert, but my friends call me Petro which is cooler I think. My mother gave me birth in 1986, in the fools Month, but I consider myself lucky while I think it’s the best time to have a birthday. Coming from Romania (Oradea, to be more accurate) I was really looking forward for this trip, and for this one year experience.

I‘m originally from Sighetu-Marmatiei , which is a smaller but beautiful town in the Northern Romania next the border with Ukraine. Had a lot of fun growing up there, and gave me and the other kids more imagination, because to be honest is kind of a boring town.

After graduating high school, I went to Oradea to learn more about life, love, wine, art and Management. I didn’t know anyone, and for one who likes challenges it was great while I’m a very competitive and sociable guy. Here finally I learned a lot about responsibility, and living on my own, as collages normally do. That was what I really needed because I was a very bad kid, doing very stupid things, but luckily all that changed. As a student I changed a lot of workplaces, like from bartender to IT operator, from supermarket employer to waiter. But in the end I turned out to be a quiet good IT operator.

I visited Greece many time, thanks to my mother who lives there for quite a while now, and I can say that is a beautiful country which can give your family and friends lots of things to do, visit and to enjoy.
