Here is the description of a project that I deal with and I have to select the participants who are interested . It's a Youth Democracy Project , so it's a project toward young people and on the topic of Democracy and citizenship in Europe.

This project takes place in Italy, Sicilia , in Taormina! ( I was in this place for the meeting before the project and I can say that it's a good place to be and visit!), from the 3rd to 8th of November. It's entitled « Gioventù chiama Europa » (« Youth Calls Europe »)

Project type & title: Training Course “Voluntarism and Youth”. During the course, formal and non-formal education methods will be used with an intercultural dimension.

Place: Mus-TURKEY

Date: 28 October-04 November 2011

Participants: from 10 countries. There is no age limit for the participants but these should have experience in working with the groups of young people and speak English. 2-3 participants from each country.

Accommodation: at the center of the city in a good hotel.

Project Name : Folk Heroes

Period : From 4th of September to 10th of September

Place : Istanbul, Turkey

Ages : 18-25

The Youth Exchange project “Folk Heroes” aims that participants from different countries get to better know each other’s cultural values, sociological circumstances and historical transitions and that participants socialize within different cultures discover and recognize other countries’ cultures through their “folk heroes”.

This project has been APPROVED.

Project name: "Gioventù chiama Europa" 

Dates: from 03/11/2011 to 08/11/2011 

Project description: The project “Gioventù chiama Europa” is a simulation of the functioning of EU institutions that wants young participants to provide with a better understanding of the inner working of the EU as they build skills as decisionmakers, encouraging their participation in public life and facilitating the achievement of their potential as active and responsible European citizens.

Project title : “A way for Solidarity and Inclusive Growth in Europe"

Place : The youth exchange will take place in Altofonte.

Duration : 10 days, including the travelling days,from the 10th to the 19th of August

Participants : The project will involve 24 participants from 6 countries (Italy, Romania, Spain, Turkey, Netherlands, Hungary) plus 6 leaders, one from each country. Two thirds of the youngsters involved will be youth with fewer opportunities and in particular coming from migrants communities.

Costs : The last day of project you will receive ticket reimbursement, in rate of 70% of travel costs.

From the 28th of July till the 2nd of August a Training Course is available in Altamura Italy(http://goo.gl/aYXBE) named "LOOK BACK, STEP FORWARD". No partecipation fee required and the70% of the travel costs will be reimbursed. It's a great chance for going to the beautiful Italian region Apulia, but it's a challenge also because they Italian organization has called partners from all over the Europe and the first one or two who will be ready to go will get the place! Ready to go?Write us ASAP (and in English!)

¡Hola amigos! My name is Isabel Sahuquillo Fuentes and I’m from Spain, I’m in Kaposvár for a European Volunteer Project and I would like tell you some things about my experiences in Hungary.

2009. 04.01. - 04.05. között kerül megrendezésre  Kaposvár belvárosában, az immár hagyományos  Kaposvár Ifjúsági Polgármester választása. Idén egyesületünk is bekapcsolódik a program szervezésébe. 2009. 04. 02.-án a Kossuth téren keressétek a Compass Egyesület  standját, ahol nemcsak a tanuláshoz, hazai és külföldi programokhoz kaptok információkat, de kipróbálhatjátok ügyességeteket, tudásotokat, hasznos nyereményekért.

Egyesületünknél dolgozó német önkéntesünk Wiebke várja azokat a vállalkozó szellemű fiatalokat, akik szeretnek rajzolni, festeni, vagy csak egy jó társaságban szívesen töltenék el szabadidejüket. Wiebke az egyik ifjúsági szobát fogja kifestené a saját és a Ti ötleteitek alapján vidám, fiatalos rajzokkal, képekkel, installációkkal.
