¡Hola amigos! My name is Isabel Sahuquillo Fuentes and I’m from Spain, I’m in Kaposvár for a European Volunteer Project and I would like tell you some things about my experiences in Hungary.

During the time that I have been in Kaposvár (six month approximately) I’ve worked in Compass as a trainer in four different camps during the summer time, two of them with Hungarian people, other with Turkish people and the other one with people from five different countries as Italy, Portugal, Bulgaria, Spain, Turkey and Hungary. Of course, we always used the English language for understanding each other. These camps were a good chance to know interesting people and cultures, develop the language and also enjoy the program activities like visiting different places in Hungary ( Pecs, Ballaton or Budapest), playing games, going to the beach and partying. I have to say honestly that I think Hungary is a very nice country and I am delighted to be able to visit these places and to be here as well.

In this period I’m more concentrated in my Spanish students, I’m following some lessons in the University and I have my own student too who made me feel proud when I see them speaking Spanish with me.

Also during this time I’ve travelled to other countries around Hungary in my free time (because not all was going to be working, wasn’t it? =) ). So I was in Slovakia and Austria but there are more countries that I would like visit before my regress to Spain.

I’m really enjoying my time in Hungary, I like the Hungarian people they are very friendly and nice, I like the food, the flowers, the landscapes, the wine and the parties =), and I hope to continue enjoying the next 5 month what I am going to be here.
