The Youth, National Agency and Compass in Gyakorlo!

Yesterday the 14th of April we were all meeting to Gyakorlo school for a conference with Mobilitas . Compass members, foreign and hungarians volunteers, participants in youth exchanges, classes from Kozgaz, Munkacsy and Gyakorlo were present as well. In total 150 students were attending this conference in the morning.

The members of the national agency presented the Youth In Action program and its 5 parts. It was lead by these representants : Magdali Csaba, Szeifer Csaba, Scholtz Péter, P.Kovacs Eva and Illés Péter.

We were introduced by Andrea, and all of us could speak about our projects, our experiences and our tasks and responsibilitiés in the organization. Us, the EVS volunteers told about why we came here in Hungary, what we are doing in Compass, the others youngs spoke about their experiences during the differents youth exchange.

This was useful to explain to the youth why it is interesting and rewardind to go abroad, there are a lot of reasons and it provides you a lot of opportunities after, you experience plenty things, discover new people and improve your skills. It was also cool for us to speak directly with you, young people and students from Kaposvar! It's always favorable for me to discover new people and to discuss about my project and give some informations about it !

In the afternoon, in the Compass office, the people from the National Agency dealt woth the topic " Learning and working", gave some statistics and useful informations to work abroad, where you should look for opportunities, then they spoke about the cultural shock.

It was a pleasure to see all of you during this day!
