Looking for 1 EVS Volunteer for 1 short or long term

Dates: start of the project in the end of May or beginning of June 2012

We are looking for a person:
- who likes working with children and youth!!! (70% of tasks) (workshops, language lessons, games, events)
- who speaks English (very good A2 or B1 level)
- who wants to visit Poland, make and experience something exciting, take part in local community life, meet new people
- who is interested in organizing events (concerts, exhibitions, festivals, performances)

Location: a small town called Piancogno, 1 hour far from Brescia

Hey Everyone! 

My name is Ozgür YILDISZOY and I m 26year-old. I am from Turkey and I was born in Istanbul but I live in Adana, on the southern Mediterranean coast.I studied Marketing & Broadcasting and Business. I live with my family and I have my own flat too.

Before coming here I was working for the External Relations Council of my municipality as a translater. I am a musician too, playing in a band. We hold gigs at bars and concerts in some cities of Turkey.

I am Sare Hilal Uygun, a
23-year-old Turkish living in Ankara, the capital city of Turkey. I graduated from Hacettepe University, Department of British Language and
Literature. In my university years, I attended international programmes such as
“work and travel in USA” and this programme gave me the opportunity to
discover and improving some aspects such as communication and active
work ability in a team, adjustability in conditions and creativeness.

I like listening to
music, reading books, teaching, travelling, meeting different cultures and
spending time with my friends and family.

My name is Ezel Deniz Güney from Adana,
Turkey. I am 26 year-old. I studied Public Management in Eskisehir
Anatolian University. I live in the southern part of Turkey which has a
temperate climate.

In my free time I like watching films, doing
sports especially plates, travelling and meeting people from different
cultures. That is why I wanted to attend this programme “youth in action”.

I am Alev Azra Duran from Cappadocia, Turkey. I
am 24 year-old. I graduated from Karadeniz
Technical University, department of Science of History. After graduating, I
have been going onto my graduate programme in Nevsehir. In my university years, I
attended many conferences and archeological/historical excursions. My other
activities and interests include listening to 
classical music, reading books, writing poems, travelling, meeting
different cultures.

It is very apparent that
the EVS has an excellent program. So I wanted to have experience in another
country helping others and getting acknowledged about different cultures. I
feel the need to grow as a person enriching my culture, language and learning
from people.

The volunteers will be engaged in a project which includes as main activities both information and non formal education activities addressed to young people between 15 and 30 years old and support and cultural promotion activities addressed to immigrants and refugees living in the city of Catania.
