The Social Renewal Operational Programme supported  this Alternative Labor Market Program.

The program targets: within the small region of Kaposvár to reduce the unemployment between the low level studied youth with a complex support system of professional development.

The program gathers the regional labor markets social and economic changes to small and achievable short-term training, which is based on three units, facilitating the integration of young people in the labor market.

During the project is important to us, to help our target group to close up with the developing employment system, in order to this we offer a full service package.


In the program we involved 18 people, mainly entrants, of whom we trained 8 people to be CNC machining, and 8 persons to become social assistents.

Both trainings  provide a mentoring network for the duration of the employment, and child supervising (for young mothers), as well as continuous foreign language training (English and German) as well as the chance to participate in spare time activities of the association, which helps young people in maintaining their motivation.

After the training we suppervise our trainees, by mentoring them, but we also do regulate workplace visits, where we consider the personal perspective, the didactic evaluation, the employee-management system, and we offer guidence.

In the concluding phase of the project the participants make a joint assessment.
